What is the Sustainability Hub Student Interest Group?
The Sustainability Hub Student Interest Group holds biweekly meetings for Binghamton University students interested in sustainability! Each meeting we have student updates to share what you or your group is up to, work on sustainability projects, and participate in activities! Some of our projects focus on food security, decreasing waste, community gardening, and improving our energy sources. Activities can include hearing from a guest speaker, giving a presentation you are passionate about, or running a craft with your student group!

In Spring 2023, the Sustainability Hub Interest Group worked with the Binghamton SA and OCCT to charter buses to the Broome County Farmers Market for three Saturdays in April! Thank you to the Food Co-op/SELF, Student Culinary Council, Zero Hour Bing, and Binghamton Policy Project for chartering these buses!
