The terminology for cinema has changed through the years. When doing a keyword search, use a variety of terms--film, cinema, motion pictures.
If looking for books about a specific director, use their name as a subject.
If looking for DVDs by a certain director, use their name as an author.
Most books about Cinema are in the Fine Arts section of the Libraries. This will be reflected in the call number.
