 Radio Television Espanol is the digital library of Spanish Radio and Television Corporation (RTVE) contains approximately 40,000 TV programs and 60,000 radio programs.  The RTVE interface, “A la Carte” is a easy to navigate on-demand service that is the largest audiovisual repository that exists in Spanish.

An excellent web site for current coverage (last 2 months) is maintained by the World News Network. You can search its sources, which include print and media broadcasts, by specific language.
