Welcome!
This guide was designed for, and in conversation with, faculty and students in the Spring 2025 ENG 592 Graduate Proseminar II. Most research guides and library instruction focus on how to use the best library research resources for you scholarship. This guide was borne out of discussions about the fundamentals of advanced research (seminar papers, theses and dissertations) that graduate students need to consider in concert with the technical aspects of research (e.g., database searching).
If you discover resources that you think should be added to this site, please contact Matthew Harrick.
For all of the Libraries' English Literature and Creative Writing resources, head over to the English Research Guide.
Happy and successful researching!
