Connecting to BU Library Resources Online
If you are having trouble accessing library resources using just your BU login info, try signing in to the BU network through an SSL connection first, and then navigating to the library's homepage. If problem persists, report the issue with our Technical Help Reporting Form.
Other State University of New York (SUNY) libraries can provide affiliate privileges to Binghamton students. The amount of access and borrowing allowed will vary.
SUNY Libraries closest to the SUNY Global Center (116 E 55th Street) include:

- Harold Kohn Vision Science LibrarySUNY College of Optometry - 1.5 miles
Multiple New York Public Library (NYPL) branches are also in close proximity to the SUNY Global Center.
Requesting Physical Books
Although physical holdings from BU cannot be delivered to students in NYC using a BU account, if you have an account with another library you may be able to interlibrary loan an item from BU through that account. The NYPL provides interlibrary loan options for its card holders.
